It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that any modifications carried out on their vehicle comply with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to homologation requirements and ITV (Inspección Técnica de Vehículos).
East Coast Tuning does not accept liability for:
Any legal issues arising from undeclared modifications
ITV inspection failures
Insurance claims being denied due to modifications
By requesting and accepting our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the use of the vehicle and any required legal compliance.
For further information regarding legalisation or homologation of modifications, customers are advised to consult a qualified automotive engineer or relevant authority.
